TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Diallo Tours Services LTD is a Senegal based tour company acting as ground operator, inbound tour operator,holiday’s supplier and destination Management Company. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Diallo Tours Services Company. The term “you” refers to ourcustomers, clients, partners, planning a trip through us.
All holidays prices are based on rates (reflecting foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of departure, and do not include airfare except where noted on specific itineraries. Vacation rates are per person, based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Single room supplements and triple rooms pricing are arranged accordingly. Not all accommodation types are available on all vacations.
Prices are subject to increase without notice, subject to the guarantees set forth below.
If we received your full land deposit for any trip, that land vacation price is guaranteed and you are protected against any land price increase due to currency surcharge. Any subsequent land cost increases are at Diallo Tours Services’ expense, not including government tax increases.
Booking, Deposit and payment.
Diallo Tours Services required 15°/° deposit to secure any trip reservation. Any deposit from you is non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date to secure all bookings with some limited exceptions Then an invoice and travel voucher will be issued for you as your trip confirmation arrangement. We accept online payment by major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding credit card.Weaccept also payment by bank wire, Western Union, MoneyGram and cash payment.
Cancellation and Penalties.
Cancellations made after full payment will be subject to penaltiesand cancellations fees will be applied on the refunds as follows:
- Cancellation occurred 60 days prior to trip departure: 25 °/° fees plus bank charges.
- Cancellations occurred 30 days prior to trip departure: 50°/° fees plus bank charges.
- Cancellations occurred 15 days prior to trip departure: No refund.
Travel protections payment can also be applied to trip cancellations.
It is our responsibility to make all the specified trip arrangements and organized the trips accordingly. The hotels listed on the tour itineraries are intended to be used. However hotels are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to substitute other hotels with similar standards than those listed on the itinerary pages when necessary. Hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities will be of equivalent quality, when available, to those mentioned on the itineraries. No refunds are provided for hotel changes. All trips activities, excursions will be operated as planned. Any failure due to the trip organization or missed activities should be reported to us if the tour guide cannot fix the problem. We will try solving the problem or compensatingit accordingly. Extraexcursion, intentional itinerary change or hotel upgrades areat the customer’s expense. In case of force majeure like natural disaster, security threats,Diallo Tours Services, reserves the right to change the trip itinerary for clients’ safety and handle the situation at its best. We are not responsible for any risk and danger that may arise beyond our control. We guarantee to deliver any travel related product and service bought through us.
Client’s behavior should respect local culture and laws.Diallo Tours Services will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred for termination of vacation arrangements due to unacceptable behavior
All land transportation services used during your trip are insured but we recommend clients to buy a travel insurance to cover their medical evacuation, treatment and other potential loss during their trip…
Travel documents and Vaccination.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to check the passport validity and make sure to get the required visa and vaccination to visit Senegal. We can provide help when needed. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip.
